With a 3D virtual tour, prospective buyers can do their own walkthroughs from anywhere, anytime, generating higher engagement and interest. Homes that have a Matterport tour on their listing have a 4-9% higher sales price and have a decreased time on the market by up to 31%, according to Matterport's research.

Floor Plans

Floor Plans assist potential buyers in understanding the dimensions and schematics of your home. Traditional floor plans are a great way to strip down your home to allow potential buyers to view how they could utilize the space, but they are lackluster compared to new advances in technology. Alternatively, thanks to Matterport, you can have a 3D rendering of your home made in a floor plan format. Matterport utilizes Artificial Intelligence to scale rooms and fill them with possible furniture layouts. Below you can see the different vantage points Matterport offers; 'dollhouse view' showing the entire home, 'floor plan view' of each level of the home from an aerial perspective, 'in-room view' with a walking feature, and AI-generated view filling the home with furnishings.
